FOUNDER & CREATIVE DIRECTOR
Lauren Moe
Lauren leads the creative vision behind every FRAIME project, shaping homes around the people who will live in them rather than a signature look or passing trend.
Her role extends from early planning and spatial decisions through cabinetry, lighting, materials, furnishings and final styling. By bringing interior design into the conversation from the beginning, each decision can support the larger vision of the home.
FOUNDER & GENERAL CONTRACTOR
Josh Medema
Josh leads the construction side of FRAIME with a focus on communication, coordination and careful execution. From schedules and trade partners to site decisions and quality control, his role is to keep the work moving while protecting the intent behind the design.
Working alongside the design team from the beginning keeps construction realities and creative decisions connected throughout the project.
Building a custom home often means managing multiple companies, countless decisions and constant communication between designers, contractors and specialists.
FRAIME was created to simplify that experience. Instead of treating construction, interiors, window treatments and finishing details as separate services, we collaborate from the beginning with the complete home in mind.
